Getting this Site Exposure

Once this site really gets back off the ground, how do you advertise it? You want to make sure as many people as possible join, 'specially old members from way back when if you can get them to.

That's where I'm hoping people like what they see. Then hopefully word of mouth should bring more people through.

If anyone has more ideas, I'm very open to suggestions.
