user gallery rating system

I think a nice feature would be the same kind of rating system used in the media database used in the user gallery. That way it would be away for the creators to get some feedback even from the lurkers. __________________

I'm close to figuring out how to do this. The problem is that this will involve turning any attachment into an actual node (what the CMS calls content). I can do this with images pretty easily but other attachments are still difficult.
I'll have an update once I figure out how to do the others.
