I'm surprised no one's mentioned this here already. While otherwise being an utterly terrible movie (especially so in regards to adaption of the source material), Tim Burton's verion of Alice in Wonderland does feature a few giantess scenes.

Aside from the usual 'eat me' growth, Alice also spends much of the third quarter of the film at twelve or so feet tall. There's even a little something for fans of shrunken women, as the Mad Hatter reduces her to fit her into a teapot and ride on his hat.

:) It's called taking artistic license...

But yes, I would think that this movie (which I loved) would have been discussed here already.

There's artistic licence, and then there's taking the trappings of a whimsical, nonsensical English fairy-tale and bolting them onto a cliched epic-fantasy movie plot.

But that's just my opinion. :P

I agree that the movie was indeed rubbish, but the giantess scenes were brilliant :)
